Accommodation Management Case Study
Meet thrives on designing experiences that push boundaries—physically, emotionally, and logistically. For Vodafone’s Trans Alps Cycle Challenge, we delivered an accommodation programme that supported a high-performance, multi-day cycling event combining endurance, iconic landscapes, and purpose-driven fundraising.
Meet’s challenge was to deliver a multi-day accommodation programme to support their cycling challenge across the Alps, covering 518KM and over 12,000M of ascent including legendary climbs such as Alpe D’Huez, Col du Galibier, and Cime de la Bonette. Our challenge - securing accommodation for 70 guests across remote mountain regions—each location needing secure bike storage, onsite catering, and a consistent four-star standard. Including a strong fundraising component added further complexity to the planning and delivery.

We partnered with local experts to identify and secure a mix of independently owned hotels and villas at strategic points along the route. These properties offered the right balance of comfort, security, and authenticity. From Grenoble to Nice, we leveraged international hotel groups to ensure consistency and scale. Each stop carefully selected to support the riders’ recovery and logistics, with onsite catering tailored to endurance athletes and secure bike storage at every location.

The Vodafone Trans Alps Cycle Challenge was a resounding success. Riders completed the full route safely, supported by an accommodation programme that appreciated the intensity of the challenge. The collaboration - Meet, Vodafone, and local partners ensured every detail—from accommodation to catering—was flawless, delivering an unforgettable experience for participants, raising significant funds for charity, reinforcing Vodafone’s commitment to purpose-led initiatives.
