For L’Oréal’s Brandstorm 2024, we reimagined their global innovation competition with a bold, immersive experience that matched the energy and ambition of its young changemakers. Hosting the final in London, the first time in Brandstorm’s 33-year history, we delivered a world-class event that fused technology, storytelling, and brand impact.

L’Oréal tasked Meet with producing the Brandstorm 2024 final in London - a historic shift from its traditional Paris setting. Five months to plan and execute meant we faced tight deadlines, budget constraints, and complex venue logistics - accommodating 43 finalist teams from around the world, delivering multilingual content, whilst reflecting L’Oréal’s forward-thinking brand ethos. Meet were tasked to design a seamless, high energy experience that would engage global audiences and elevate Brandstorm’s reputation as the leading beauty-tech innovation challenge.

We designed a tech-driven spectacle that pushed the boundaries of live event production. A custom-built event app delivered real-time multilingual updates,while 43 digital pitching booths used silent disco technology to streamline presentations. A first-of-its-kind interactive treasure hunt transformed L’Oréal’s HQ through dynamic brand immersion.


The finale at Riverside Studios featured a mirrored stage, LED displays, and broadcast-quality production. Meet handled every element - from delegate management to content scripting - ensuring consistency and impact across the experience.

Brandstorm 2024 was hailed as “the best final yet,” with 98% of attendees giving it a five-star rating. Applications surged by 47% to a record-breaking 135,000, cementing Brandstorm’s status as the world’s premier beauty-tech competition. Meet and L’Oréal delivered a bold, dynamic, unforgettable experience—setting new benchmarks for innovation, engagement and production value. By blending cutting-edge technology with immersive storytelling, we helped L’Oréal showcase its brand as a global leader in beauty innovation.
