This nature-based session aims to support your wellbeing, ease burnout/stress/anxiety and build resilience. We will work through a selection of creative activities, guided relaxation, nature-based mindfulness, and gentle breathwork. ​ Access to outdoor space at the time of the Zoom call is not necessary. A window can provide a vista of expansive sky to explore, potted plants provide a microcosmic world to connect with, or our imagination and photographs can help us access a time in memory when we were in nature.
