We also assist with rate negotiation, contracts, web portals, joining instructions, invoice reconciliation and management reporting.

For larger events we use online booking portals, enabling attendees access to a wide range of discounted accommodation shown in real time availability. Our specialist accommodation team are on hand 24/7 to deal with any issues.

We work with leading sports agencies, supporting their venue and accommodation needs as well as assisting with route planning and travel logistics.
Meet’s team provides clients with a seamless and stress-free service for group accommodation. For Vodafone’s Trans Alps Cycle Challenge, we delivered an accommodation programme that supported a high-performance, multi-day cycling event, combining endurance, iconic landscapes, and purpose-driven fundraising.
